I stumbled upon this product on Instagram and decided to give it a try. A small amount goes a long way. After 2 hours of climbing, I apply this and my hands instantly feel moisturized. I live in the northeast and between the cold dry air and using chalk 5 days a week 2 hours each session, my hands should be way more beaten up than they are. I ordered the 4 pack because I'll be using this after every climbing session. You can see in the pictures that I've only got one small spot on my right index finger that was beaten up. Everything else is good and the calluses are holding up great which is key to not tearing up my hands.
I bought the cream/liquid and powdered chalks to help with my powerlifting workouts (deadlifts). This chalk worked great with a hook grip, and lasted a long time; I didn't need to keep applying it between sets, which was really nice!
